Los Angeles County Fair | Canon AE-1 | Kodak Portra 800 film

I’m shocked as you —
the night really flew.
What are we to do?
It's just me and you.

Let’s crack another
and make fun of each other.
It’s our jokes that make us brothers.

The laughter is our medicine —
cackling on like skeletons;
a couple of prime specimens
these are the times we must revel in.

Soon, we’ll grow old —
our stories will be told;
pure living gold —
back when we were bold.

So give me a smile
and let's chill awhile,
we can’t always have this lifestyle.
Eventually, we must reconcile
but I promise it will be worthwhile.

Someday these extremities
will be cherished memories
this is the time of the century.

Let us bask in the rigamarole
and let go of self-control
for this is our last dawn patrol
tomorrow, I must pay the toll —
eventually, you must begin the damage control.
